Mike Diaz established Growth Canvas Consulting LLC after spending more than two decades as an innovative and transformational B2B marketing leader and strategist with information and technology companies Thomson (Gale) and ProQuest. Mike has built and managed award-winning global marketing teams, scaled up and repositioned marketing organizations, and leveraged data and technology to drive continuous improvement. He is passionate about helping companies to find their optimal  path to meaningful and sustainable growth.

We help our clients to use data and customer insights to take growth to the next level. We use customer input, feedback, and research to identify, understand, and address business opportunities and challenges. 

Guiding Principles​
  • Focus - Train attention, effort, and investments on initiatives that offer the greatest potential. We find  80/20 rules and use a range of tools to help our clients find and prioritize improvements.
  • Action - Arm our clients with information needed to take action - understanding not just what is happening but why. 
  • Impact - Foster continuous improvement in how business and customer impact is measured and optimized.  This typically includes aligning  marketing metrics with top-level business KPIs that matter most for business growth, profitability and success.
  • Customer Success - Position organizations for the long-term by improving the buying process for prospects and offering wins for current customers to maximize retention, engagement and referrals.
